What is conveyancing?

Conveyancing is the transfer of a land title from one person or entity to another.

The process is complex and it is highly recommended that you use a professional when buying or selling a property.

For the sake of a relatively small fee, ensuring that you have dotted all the i’s and crossed all the t’s, you can rest assured that you are protected in the transaction.
