My Expertise Is at Your Service
Contract of Sale
In order to sell most properties in NSW it is required by law that the agent has a contract of sale in order to be able to market your property.
We recommend that you contact your conveyancer when you have decided to sell and have arranged the appraisals of your home so that there is sufficient time for your conveyancer to obtain the necessary contract documents (this can take around one week).
Selling can bring about all sorts of emotions. At Oliver & Co. Conveyancing we are here to help guide you through the process and to make sure that you are protected throughout the transaction. We are here to answer any questions and provide you with the advice that you need to get your property sold.
Whether you are a first home buyer or you have done this before, every contract and property is different. At Oliver & Co. Conveyancing we will advise you on your rights and obligations under the contract, negotiate the contract if necessary, work with other parties such as you bank or the agent and answer any questions your have.
It is our job to help you navigate all of the legal requirements such as stamp duty and to make sure you receive good title on your property.
We look forward to helping you purchase your property.
