Contract of Sale

In order to sell most properties in NSW it is required by law that the agent has a contract of sale in order to be able to market your property.

We recommend that you contact your conveyancer when you have decided to sell and have arranged the appraisals of your home so that there is sufficient time for your conveyancer to obtain the necessary contract documents (this can take around one week).

Email us to arrange your contract of sale.

Selling can bring about all sorts of emotions. At Oliver & Co. Conveyancing we are here to help guide you through the process and to make sure that you are protected throughout the transaction.
